Ashenbury Fun

We took a nice walk in the woods today over to Ashenbury Park and had lots of fun playing in the playground. It was lovely to get out and get some fresh air!

Shower

You had a shower instead of a bath this evening all by yourself, well with mummy standing next to the bath and washing your hair! You have had a shower with mummy in the shower with you but this is your first time on your own.....you were really proud of yourself and I was very proud of you too! My baby girl is growing up fast!!!!!

Feeding The Quacksters

I love it down dinton pastures and it is a great place to ride your bike! You love feeding the ducks too! As we went down the slope from the cafe you went a little bit too fast and ended up falling off your bike sideways but luckily you wern't hurt as you fell in a pile of mud and leaves! By the time we had gone to the play park after the ducks we were all covered in gooey yukky mud!

Ouch!

You had an accident at pre-school today and fell off a chair! You put your 2 front teeth through your lip! Mrs Butler said you were very brave but you just wanted Mummy so I came and picked you up from school early and we had lots of get better soon cuddles!

I want to ride my .....

.....bicycle! You can do it!!!! You rode your pedal bike today properly for the first time by yourself! It has taken you a while to get the hang of the whole pedals thing but today you cracked it! I'm so so proud of you!!!!

Nuts & Noodles

You got pins and needles in your hand today cos you were laying funny and you said it was all tingling. I told you it was called pins and needles. Later on this evening you ran up to me saying "I have nuts and noodles in my leg now Mummy too!" - I LOVE YOU! You are the BEST!!!!

You are off school today as you have tonsilitus again. I am looking after Izzy as her teacher is on strike today so she is helping me look after you - she is spooning you on the sofa and giving you nice cuddles :o)

You are always talking about your little friend Ollie from pre-school and today you were really chuffed as he came home with us after school for a playdate!

Halloween

You dressed up as a skeleton for Halloween this year and I did your face up with the facepaints! You looked really scary!! You tried last years witch costume on too but you wanted to be a scary skeleton this time!

1st Home Sleepover

Aunty Kaz & Uncle Dan had to go up north for Kaz's Grandad's funeral so the boys stayed at our house for the night! Kaz dropped them to us just before tea time and you all had your dinner together and then a fun bath! We read stories on my bed and then you all went to sleep straight away!! I was amazed!!! The next day Kelly picked the boys up to go to school and then I took you to preschool. I picked Hazza up from pre-school just before lunch and then we came to get you. The 3 of us had lunch in the cafe and then went to the park to play! Later on that afternoon we dropped Hazza to his Nanny's house to meet up with his brother. I can't believe how smoothly it all went! It made me wish I had 3 kids so that is saying something!!!
